Hello, I am Sally Asling, I am the founder and director of SurreyLets. Thank you for visiting our website.

SurreyLets is an online letting agent, specialising in and dedicated to Residential Lettings and Property Management. We are based in East Horsley and cover the Guildford to Leatherhead corridor and all the villages and towns in between. Our properties are a selection of Surrey’s finest homes, family homes and flats apartments and annexes. In Surrey there is demand from a plethora of tenants requiring anything from studio apartments through to corporate lettings and fine Traditional Surrey Homes.

SurreyLets was born from me spending 18 years in the corporate world of lettings where I had worked in many roles throughout the industry, however to some extent I felt the personal touch and quality customer service was not always delivered so I started SurreyLets to bring back traditional core values of a local company, but with a worldwide outlook and appeal. Since Lettings began as a cottage industry in the early 80’s, it has seen great change. The internet and worldwide global economy playing a huge part in the way we all do business. Since the 80’s we saw the rise of the corporate agency, call centre’s and of course the world wide web. As a world we needed to be able to communicate globally, but in most corporate cases the personal local feel got lost.

SurreyLets mission is to bring back personal customer care and service, whilst maintain global connections. SurreyLets website and subscription to a plethora of property portals gives us global appeal, whilst out local staff give local knowledge and the personal touch and the delivery of great service.
